Sawasdee Thai Elevated is a small family-owned local Thai restaurant and an online platform where we provide traditional Thai cuisine. We’re known for our immersive modern ambiance, and our friendly service. Many of our customers come in on a regular basis and we want to reward them for coming back and being our patrons.

So we want to elevate the customer experience by giving our loyal customers a way to earn points for discounts on the food and drinks we serve.

Owners John & Walailak Conrad’s brainchild, Sawasdee Thai Elevated’s customer loyalty program, is the cornerstone of our efforts to build stronger relationships between our diners and us. We train our staff at our local Thai restaurants to recognize regular customers by name, by face, and even by their favorite menu item! This has also helped out with consistently increased orders because well-known regulars have become so loyally attached to the people behind Sawasdee Thai Elevated that we’ve seen an increase in orders on a repeat basis.

We are happy to announce that we’ve started an exciting new loyalty program, which allows our customers to earn points and subsequently redeem those points for discounts on future purchases. This system is cleverly integrated into the point-of-sale stations, QR codes on printed table tents, and on your receipts to reward repeat business and it will help us better understand our customer base through these interactions. Our passionate employees are always looking for ways to improve the shopping experience and now with the use of this new system, they can focus on catering their time to the needs of shoppers who engage most with us!

How we just don't create good Thai food but also create a sense of community in our restaurant.

Great Thai cuisine should be appreciated by anyone who comes to our restaurant. When they come in the door, we want them to feel like they’ve been welcomed into a new sanctuary not having to worry about anything else in the world. One of the ways we accomplish that is by placing the restaurant in such an elevated position with great architecture and artwork. The restaurant itself is full of a modern, pleasant ambiance, creating a sense of community among our guests. We also do this through our staff’s professionalism and friendliness.

Why we love our customers.

We’d like to take a moment from the busy week to reiterate our gratitude to customers. Despite the challenges we face in the restaurant industry, it’s really heartwarming and gratifying that so many of you have made our humble establishment a part of your lives. Customer loyalty is at an all-time low but we’d like to do something about that because it means a lot more than just paying a tab on time. It shows, quite literally, that you trust us enough to make all of your plans revolve around hanging out with us. That’s why we’re working hard to bring back visits often with our ace customer service!
